So what makes me different from the rest?
Well, a head shot with me is not just a headshot. You get the entire experience - I walk with you every step of way from initial contact, to delivery of photos, to make sure you are getting what you deserve. That means I am with you if you need help with clothing selection; I provide tips and tricks to look your best for picture day; and, having worked with dozens of people from all walks of life, I do my best to make sure you are comfortable and happy, and having fun at your shoot.
As far as the shoot goes, I come prepared with camera gear, lighting, and various accessories to take the photos, but also helpful tools like hand mirror, lint brush, clothes pins, makeup kit, and more, should any issues arise.
For your headshot, I custom design the lighting and composition to fit the type of headshot you need, and that best suits your natural features. An actor's headshot is much different from a dentist's, and both of those headshots are way different from a magicians's. In some cases, we employ the use of color gels to spice things up, but there's nothing wrong with taking a simple approach either.
After the shoot, you get a selection of photos to choose from for final editing. My editing process includes adjustments like contrast and clarity, to retouching services like blemish removal, and skin smoothing, if desired.
Finally, photos are completed within 1-2 weeks of selection, and you receive them via email. And they are also stored on a backup drive in case you ever need them resent to you.
I stand behind the work I do, and pride myself on customer service. If there is anything I can do for you, or if for some reason you're not totally satisfied with your headshot, I will do everything in my power to resolve the issue.
